Yes you have DragPanel available in ASP.NET AJAX. It acts the same and you need to stylize it according to your needs.

thanks for replying, I have tried drappanel but its not working out exactly what I want. Drag panel is something like a panel but I need a movalble window inside the browser. How can I achieve this ?

If have you had checked the example i gave, its easily movable in the window. The handle to move is the DragMe bar.
